I have worked with AT&T Consumer services for many years across two different time spans—creating integrated social and email campaigns for mobile and entertainment, and earlier direct mail campaigns promoting DSL, bundles, and vertical services. During that time I was responsible for casting and directing dozens of photoshoots, with many of them being large-budget, library shoots. Two of my DM campaigns, shown below, were the most successful the agency had produced during my time there—one remaining a champion for more than a year and the other with a response rate above 11%.
